The Chapel on the Vanzetti property, has been converted into a self-contained home for two people. With a living room and dining area, bathroom and fully equipped separate kitchen on the ground floor, while the sleeping area is on the mezzanine floor that opens onto the living area.

It is full of charm and history and you can see the date of construction, 1733, carved into the external wall. The Chapel has the use of the Vanzetti swimming pool as well as its own gazebo for outdoor living.

Check-in: on Saturdays between 16:00 – 20:00. After 20:00 an extra fee of € 10.00 per hour will apply

The swimming pool:

  • The swimming pool is open between May 15th  – September 25th

Included in the Price:

  • complimentary bottle of La Collina wine: from our own vineyard a fragrant and delicious homage of Sangiovese doc
  • for stays of more than one week a change of bed linen and towels
  • use of the swimming pool of villa "I Vanzetti" - open from 15 May to 25 September - and use of towels and dedicated furnishings
  • daily check of the pool and garden

Additional costs, payable on site:

  • heating (according to metered costs, from the moment of ignition)
  • extra bed linen will be charged at € 10,00 per bed
  • extra set of towels at € 5,00 per set

  • extra bed € 150.00; child's cot/crib € 50.00
  • pets are allowed upon our approval at a flat rate of € 60.00 for the entire stay

Welcome basket

  • We can provide you with an initial quantity of milk, coffee, tea, bread, sugar, salt and pepper, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice at a cost to be determined depending on the number of guests. For further purchases, you can find everything you need in the Tredozio shops.

  • dinner with catering at La Chiesina available on request and cooked by the famous chef Pierluigi Gentilini, once owner of a Michelin rated restaurant and now retired
  • The “Villa La Collina” is steeped in the history both of the region and its time. Built in 15th century Renaissance Italy, and added to over the centuries, including a recent major restoration, it is one of Italy's most interesting houses. La Collina has always been owned by the family of the present owner.
    If you plan to stay a week or more, your host, Contessa Maria Teresa Vespignani Boselli, will be glad to invite you to a tour of the villa (free of charge), highlighting the architectural details and paintings going back to the Renaissance period. You could also book a special dinner at the Villa La Collina, at a cost to be determined.

  • cooking classes and visits to famous ceramic workshops in the area can be scheduled on request

Terms of Payment:

  • Deposit: 50% by bank transfer at the time of booking
  • Balance: 6 weeks prior to arrival
  • Security deposit: 40% of the rent for a weekly stay or the sum of € 1,000.00 for a two-week stay, to be paid on arrival, refundable after inspection of the house before departure
